VARIOUS (2017-2020)
This is a selection of posters commissioned by various agencies in London and Los Angeles, from 2017 up to today.
During this time I designed for clients like HBO, FOX, ABC, Universal, Warner Bros.
THE FAVOURITE
FOX (2019)
All of the elements were sourced from film photography or stock images. I had to recreate both the painting look for The Queen as well as the engraved-cut for Weisz’s character.
Night of too many stars
HBO (2020)
The client wanted to feature the stars in the suit from their key photography, while still feeling elegant and classy.
Each star in the beard was incorporated individually, as well as the hair over it.
THOR: RAGNAROK
MARVEL STUDIOS (2017)
I was asked to do an experimental version of the poster. I decided to use mostly graphic elements and little to no still photography.
There was no asset of Thor falling so I repurposed photography of a different character.
BLACKKKLANSMAN
FOCUS FEATURES (2018)
I used a shot from the “Behind the Scenes” where the KKK costume was featured, and extracted that for the main character. To finish the tunic I used stock assets for the fabric.
DUNKIRK
WARNER BROS. (2018)
I like the contrast between the rawness of the war depicted in the film, and the delicate storytelling of the soldiers. I thought the idea of them being underwater reflected how one can be close to mayhem, see it from the distance, yet feel like there is physical barrier in between.
